Welcome to Aashray, your digital concierge companion for senior citizens in Siliguri. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By signing up for our pilot or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Role as Your Trusted Coordinator

Aashray is not a direct service provider but a digital concierge mediator:

  • We coordinate with trusted third-party partners (pharmacies, cab services, grocery platforms, hospitals)

  • We handle apps, calls, confirmations, and communication on your behalf

  • We never store banking details, OTPs, or passwords

2. Services We Coordinate

✓ Online shopping (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) ✓ Medicine delivery (local pharmacies, Apollo Pharmacy) ✓ Doctor/lab appointments (direct hospital calls) ✓ Transportation (Uber, Ola, local autos) ✓ Grocery shopping (Blinkit, BigBasket, local kirana) ✓ Reminders & follow-ups (WhatsApp/phone)

3. Pilot Program Terms (First 10 Families)

  • 15-day FREE trial – No charges, full service access

  • Limited to first 10 Siliguri families on first-come basis

  • Requires active feedback during trial period

  • Non-transferable to other family members

4. Payment & Billing (Post-Pilot)

• Transparent pricing: Service + coordination fee • No hidden charges, cash payments, or advance fees • Detailed receipts shared via WhatsApp after each service • Monthly summary with all expenses consolidated • Payment via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)

We NEVER:

  • Ask for bank details or OTPs

  • Make payments from your accounts directly

  • Store financial information

5. Service Area & Availability

• Location: Siliguri city limits only (Pilot Phase) • Operating hours: 8 AM - 8 PM daily • Emergency medical coordination: 24/7 • Response time: Within 30 minutes on WhatsApp

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Free trial: No cancellation needed • Paid services: Cancel anytime before execution • Third-party bookings: Standard merchant cancellation policies apply • Full refund if service not delivered

7. Third-Party Services

  • Aashray coordinates but cannot control third-party quality/timings

  • Pharmacies: Subject to stock availability

  • Cabs: Subject to driver acceptance/traffic

  • Doctors: Subject to clinic availability

  • We escalate issues and coordinate resolutions

8. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate elder details and preferences • Respond to critical health/service confirmations • Share complete prescription/medication lists • Inform us of allergies/medical emergencies • Maintain active WhatsApp for coordination

9. Liability & Limitations

• Aashray is not liable for third-party service failures • Not responsible for traffic delays, pharmacy stock issues • Medical advice/decisions remain with doctors/family • Force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters)

Service Guarantee: If we cannot coordinate a requested service within 2 hours, your coordination fee is waived.

10. Changes to Service

  • Pricing or services may change with 7 days notice

  • Siliguri-only during pilot; multi-city expansion planned

  • New features added without disrupting existing service

11. Termination

• Either party can stop service anytime • 24-hour notice appreciated for smooth handover • No penalties or lock-in periods • Data deletion upon request within 7 days

12. Governing Law

West Bengal, India. Disputes resolved amicably in Siliguri.
