Aashray acts solely as your digital mediator. We coordinate services for senior citizens in Siliguri—we never handle your money. All payments go directly to third-party providers. Our sole charge is your monthly subscription fee.
Clear Refund Rules
✅ FULL SUBSCRIPTION REFUND when:

• Our coordination fails (no update within 2 hours) • WhatsApp reminders/updates stop working • Technical issues block our service delivery • Cancellation within 7-day FREE trial
❌ NO REFUND when:

• Third-party service succeeds (pharmacy/cab delivers) • Normal delays from traffic or stock issues • Service used successfully beyond trial period
CRITICAL: Refund = Service Discontinuation

• Any refund **automatically terminates** Aashray services • No partial refunds or service continuation post-refund • To restart services, **new subscription required** • Fresh 7-day trial available for returning families
